Our days can get overwhelming. Instead of getting lost in all of your assignments and activities, make a to-do list so you can cross things off one thing at a time and feel a sense of accomplishment.
Talk to the people you feel closest to about your feelings
It can feel like no one can relate to how you’re feeling. You can feel alone and misunderstood, but the people who love you want to help you. So reach out and share how you’re feeling. They may have just the advice you’re needing.Write in a journal or diary
